Resource Sharing EventsIn The Know Resources is an inclusive community. Whether you are a Partner or a Participant, You are an important Part of our Community. We won’t pressure you to join…we won’t ask you to volunteer for a committee…and we won’t fine you for not coming to a meeting…but we will ask you to have fun while you connect with like-minded individuals. Get referrals for everything from an Accountant to a Zen Master Whether you are looking for resources for your professional or personal life, this is the place to get qualified local referrals. Come introduce yourself and your business, tell us how we can help you…walk away with connections and resources.
You will have about a minute to introduce yourself and your company or project. Please let the group know specifically what you are looking for, example: "I own a boutique graphic design firm. We work with small to mid-sized companies. Our specialty is helping clients design a website that provides functional marketing solutions with a critical eye for graphic design. I have a skilled team of designers and web technicians. I am looking for clients who need to upgrade their current site, or would like to build a top-notch site from the ground up. We are going through rapid growth now and we need a freelance graphic designer to work on overload projects. Ideally this person will have 2-5 years experience, possibly someone who has their own business but could use a 5–10 hours a week of extra work. I also need to find a qualified English and history tutor for my son who is a sophomore at Thousand Oaks high school." If participants have a specific referral for you, they pass their contact information to you, right there on the spot. After introductions, you will get a chance to connect with everyone. If you have an upcoming event, let us know about it. Promote your business with a special offer or discount for In The Know Participants. Bring brochures and flyers. This is your chance to spread the word. Have you recently lost your job and are looking for employment? Do you own distressed real estate that you are trying to sell to avoid foreclosure? Send me an e-mail and we will reserve you a spot for free. Don’t forget to bring your resume or your sell sheet for your property. |
